Leadership and Management Team | Leadership and Management Team (WRK436973)

We ended the year with an underspend of 11.19%. The textbook underspend of £102,501 was a large contributing factor; as in previous years the take up of match-funding was low. Other aspects which contributed to the overall underspend were the Primary SKTM Work Groups where the majority of sessions ran online therefore negating the need for venue and catering costs. The facilitator costs were low for these Work Groups as our Primary Mastery Lead and AMHL ran them during their allocated 'Hub' hours which were already paid for from the LMT budget. The second TA SKTM Work Group and one of our Transition Work Groups were also cut short due to Covid-19 resulting in significant underspends.

Both Level 3 Work Groups were solely funded from AMSP funding and the Maths Hub funding was not needed, again this added to the underspend.
