Case O “Be it resolved that Peter
Drucker’s vision of the future of society is sound” – based on “The Near Future”
O Representing in favor of the findings from Dr. Peter Ferdinand Drucker and his logical, realistic assumptions
![Page 4: MGS_The Theory of Future and its implications](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062401/58ee2e3d1a28abc3048b45a7/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
First Case ArgumentO Current and future demographics of
shrinking younger population in Workforce and major predictions by 2050 is visible
O (FACT: Birth rate of females in China and Brazil is suffering from Live Births per woman of reproductive age is 2.2% less than the replacement rate its own)
O (FACT: USA, Australia and Japan is up Next to suffer the side effects of low birth rate 2050)
![Page 5: MGS_The Theory of Future and its implications](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062401/58ee2e3d1a28abc3048b45a7/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
Second Case
ArgumentImmigration and Its
Implications vs Pros and Cons (Fact: Germany will
have to Import 1M working age each year simply to maintain its
workforce, Fact: America prefers
immigrants that are younger with higher
reproductive rates is visible among them) both Legal
and illegal category
![Page 6: MGS_The Theory of Future and its implications](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062401/58ee2e3d1a28abc3048b45a7/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
Immigration and It’s implications
(Needed but Unwanted)• Dependencies among countries and
political ties may change based on these facts (Trade Barriers, Political threats at times)
• Immigrants can be taken advantage of at times as cheap labor (USA is a big example)
• Discrimination and crime rate can arise based on some theorists
![Page 7: MGS_The Theory of Future and its implications](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062401/58ee2e3d1a28abc3048b45a7/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
Immigration rate in U.S.A
Amount of immigration (%) Age Category
![Page 8: MGS_The Theory of Future and its implications](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062401/58ee2e3d1a28abc3048b45a7/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
Third Case ArgumentO Knowledge Based society – The theory
for solution of future demand of a workforce that is adverse and “UNISEX” without Age discrimination
O History shows example of Gender Discrimination (Knowledge based economy and workforce will create meaningful, unbiased and more freedom for individuals)
O Creates value for everyone – Purpose for everyone
![Page 9: MGS_The Theory of Future and its implications](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062401/58ee2e3d1a28abc3048b45a7/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
Change in Demography
![Page 10: MGS_The Theory of Future and its implications](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062401/58ee2e3d1a28abc3048b45a7/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
What does those charts mean how does it relate to Dr.
Drucker's findings?O “Economically, the decline in the young
population will change markets in fundamental ways”
O “Politically, This means that immigration will become and highly divisive issue in all rich countries”
O By 2030 at the latest, the age at which full retirement benefits start will have risen to the mid-70s in all developed countries, and benefits for healthy pensioners will be substantially lower than they are today.

So.. What Else did he believe in?
O Knowledge is the Key to the futureO Knowledge based society creating
skilled job that we can already see examples of (More white color with less on manufacturing jobs)
O “Upward mobility potentially unlimited” -
O Knowledge is highly portable among both sex and it is a fact
