Last Will and TestamentOf Dalton Newberry

I, Dalton Newberry, residing at 3821 South 11th Street Road hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke any and all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.

First - I declare that I am not married and have no children.

Second - I declare that all expenses for my burial and funeral, [or cremation] shall be spilt between my family members. Also I declare that my tax return (if any) shall go to my parents so they may support my brother and his fiancee with their life troubles.

Third - I confirm my intention that the beneficial interest in all of my property whether it is real or personal, tangible or intangible, (including my checking or savings account), which is registered or held at the time of my death, jointly in the names of myself and any other person, shall pass by the right of survivorship or operation of law and outside terms of this Will to such other person if he or she survives me. To the extent that my intention may be defeated by any rules of the law, I give or devise and bequeath all such jointly held property to my parents and friends if they shall survive me.

Fourth - I give, devise and bequeath my rifle to Dan Newberry. I shall give my game systems to my brother Skyler Newberry. I will give my scooter to my parents to do want they want with it. I shall give my clothes to charity to help others that are struggling to survive. I am giving my organs to those who are in need of them. I shall give my snowboard and snowboard accessories to my friend Drew Elrod. I give my pellet gun to Jonathan Moore for I know he will put good use to it. My bow and the arrows to it may go to my father Dan Newberry. The rest of my personal property may be given to my family.

Fifth -i give and bequeath all of my tangible personal property, not otherwise disposed of to Dan and Lisa Newberry if he and she survives me. If he and she fails to survive me my tangible personal property shall go to my brother and his fiancee. Dalton Newberry

Personal Essay

Out of all of the places in the world and all of the thing to do I would rather be snowboarding in the mountains in Aspen, Colorado. I would like to be doing this with my friends and my family. All though it costs $1,228 to go there by car, it would be a great trip to colorado. My friends family and my family could go hiking, skiing/snowboarding/tubing, or we could even go to six flags in Denver. Most of all though, the kids could go snowboarding/ skiing while the parents sit in the hotel and relax or they could join us in the fun. But the people I would like to be with the most are the members of the wolf pack, Jonathan Moore, Drew Elrod, Andrew Zackus, Mc Dycus, Will Sexton, and Derek Heaivilin. The people are who I hang out with constantly and who all care for each other. We would all defend each other in any situation. Sometimes we have our arguments but most of all we are all friends. If we all went to Aspen, Colorado we would probably never be let back because we are so loud and crazy that the citizens would go nuts. The other people I would like to be with is my family because nothing is better than family. Also because the jokes that run in my family are hilarious. My family would make sure that all the kids even if they aren’t theirs, would make sure that they are safe and sound. Over all my family and my friends are an unbeatable combination of fun. Another thing is that my family loves my friends so there would be no fighting between us unless something bad happened because of one of the kids. Lastly the best thing is that no matter what, my family and my friends are the most important people to me.
