Benefits
The benefits of the lean 5 ‘S’ is that it can allow you to organize an area through a process of steps followed by implementing a strict structure to maintain that areas cleanliness.
Implementation Difficulties
Seiketsu was difficult because I had to create logical rules that would keep the area organized
Shitsuke will be difficult to fully implement because I have to strengthen my self-discipline and follow the rules to keep the area clutter-free.
