This is the area from which you will prepare a comprehensive document and on which you will report to your peers on a weekly basis.
We’ll determine teams and topics by lottery.
Each team will take on a “project” as it often occurs in workplaces. The task force will determine a strategy on its assigned project, potentially involving in conducting a small survey, benchmarking (reviewing what leaders in the field are doing), research on the topic (what has been written), etc. The aim is to prepare a presentation (PowerPoint or Prezi) that will explain to the “board of directors” (= the class) what the task force found and, as a result, proposes. The final output of the taskforce should be a “proposal” on basis of the research and findings.
