EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On behalf of Mobilitie, it is my pleasure to present this digital advertising proposal to

Dream Racing.

Mobilitie has partnered with MGM Resorts International to design, build and operate the

world’s largest Wi-Fi network at 11 MGM Resort destinations. Our high density wireless

infrastructure is designed to enable the richest and most interactive mobile experiences,

including unique digital advertising solutions that reach over 40 million guests annually.

With the opportunity of reaching your target audience each time they access Wi-Fi at

MGM Resorts International, we have designed the following customized digital advertising

proposal to meet Dream Racing objectives.

PROPOSAL OVERVIEW

GOLD ADVERTISING PACKAGE

• Banner ads on selected property pages

• (1) one ad slot per property portal page

• (1) one :15 to :30 second video per property portal page

• URL click-thru to website

• Ad performance reports provided

FLIGHT RECOMMENDATIONS

• May 15th – May 16th (Rock in Rio)

Properties: Bellagio, Delano, Monte Carlo

$700 per large convention property, per day $2,800

$250 per small convention property, per day $ 500

• May 22nd – May 25th (Memorial Day Weekend & UFC 187)

Properties: Bellagio, Delano, Monte Carlo

$700 per large convention property, per day $5,600

$250 per small convention property, per day $1,000

• July 7th – July 12th (UFC Fight Weekend

Properties: MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Bellagio

$700 per large convention property, per day $12,600

SPECIFICATIONS

AD SERVING FEES*

RUSH ORDER FEE

• Requests made under 3 – 4 days of normal production lead time from campaign start

date are subject to a $500 expedite fee.

• Requests made less than 72 hours from campaign start date are subject to a $1000

expedite fee.

• Client will be notified of feasibility to meet start date and associated fees prior to any

work. Mobilitie will require written approval to proceed.

PRODUCTION FEES

• If creative content does not conform to the Advertising Specifications, Mobilitie will

advise client and request a resubmittal of materials.

• If client chooses, Mobilitie may be able to provide production work to make the

necessary changes for client at an hourly cost of $200 (1 hour minimum).

ADVERTISING SERVICES

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

• Display Ads: 5 business days from receipt all required assets.

• Video Ads: 5 – 10 business days from receipt of all required assets.

URL LINK CHANGES

• All changes to URL links to ads MUST be communicated to Mobilitie prior to actual

change at the websites in order to ensure that all required whitelisting has been

completed and click through is tested.

• Tests will be run in a lab environment first before the updated ad/links are live on the

portal page.

• Anticipated turn-around time for all change requests from 2-3 business days

(dependent upon complexity).

* Fees and requirements are subject to change. Client will be notified in advance of any changes to fees, requirements and

specifications described herein.

REPORTING

• Mobilitie will provide an ad performance report on a monthly basis or at the end of the campaign

(depending on flight dates) which includes impression counts, clicks, and click thru rates.

CREATIVE CONTENT DETAILS

Mobilitie will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ads based upon agreed

finalized requirements and expected timelines.

Display Ad requests will be submit to Mobilitie per the following specs:

• Creative asset file in proper format: 300x250 laptop/tablet; 320x50 smartphone

• Common file formats: png, jpeg, gif

• URL links

• Duration of ad campaign (start date/end date)

• Timing requirements for display of multiple ads

• Video Ad requests will be submit directly to Mobilitie per the following specs:

• Bit rate: greater than 2Mbps

• Resolution (in pixels): 640x480 preferred; 400x300 minimum (these dimensions may be

adapted to accommodate wide screen videos)

• Color depth: 32 bit

• Key frames: every 1 second

• Frame rate: at least 15 frames per second

• Recommended codecs for video asset submission: MPEG2, WMV, H.264/AAC

• Common video formats: mp4, mov

• Aspect ratio: 4:3 (standard screen) or 16:9 (wide screen)

• URL links

• If brand sponsored, creative assets for video “intro” and “thank you” pages

• Duration of ad campaign (start date/end date)

• Timing requirements for display of multiple ads
