The Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight had the

biggest payday in boxing history.

the final week.

The historic boxing match between Floyd

Mayweather, Jr. and Manny Pacquiao was

estimated to have grossed about

$400 million.

The handle approached the level of Super

Bowl betting.

Analysts estimate the illegal sports betting

market in the U.S. to be approximately

$800 billion.

The global sports betting market is worth up

to $3-trillion, the vast majority of that

generated by illegal gambling, according to

a United Nations conference on crime held

in Doha.

According to Patrick Jay, a British-based

independent betting expert, around 65 per

a record 170,513 fans, the highest

supplier, Playtech plc (LSE: PTEC)

announced a trading update to the London

Stock Exchange. Playtech’s total revenue

has increased by 31% for the first quarter of

2015 compared to the same period last year

and it is also 7% higher than the revenues of

the final quarter of last year. There were

increases for casino (28%), service (27%),

land-based operations (198%), spots (31%),

and bingo (24%). However, like-for-like

revenue on poker has dropped.

The company’s average daily revenue for

the first 25 days of the second quarter is

already up by more than 25% from the

second quarter of 2014.

LAS VEGAS, (April 30, 2015) — Boyd

Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD)

reported financial results for the first quarter

ended March 31, 2015.

Boyd Gaming reported first-quarter 2015 net

revenues of $550.6 million, an increase of

1.8% compared to pro forma net revenues of

$541.1 million for the same quarter in 2014.

Total Adjusted EBITDA was

$149.2 million, up 11.1% from the

comparable pro forma amount of

$134.2 million for the year-ago period.

Adjusted Earnings for the first quarter 2015

were $14.2 million, or $0.13 per share,

compared to a loss of $4.1 million, or

$0.04 per share, for the same period in 2014.

The calculations of Adjusted Earnings,

Adjusted Earnings per share, and pro forma

results reflecting Borgata on a comparable

basis for all periods are presented in tables at

the end of this press release.

On a GAAP basis, the Company reported

net income of $35.1 million, or $0.31 per

share, for the first quarter 2015, compared to

a net loss of $6.2 million, or $0.06 per share,

for the year-ago period. The income tax

provision for the first quarter 2015 was

favorably impacted by the settlement of the

Company’s 2005 through 2009 IRS appeal,

which resulted in a $23.2 million reduction

to the Company’s first quarter 2015 income

tax provision.

The New Jersey Department of Gaming

Enforcement (NJDGE) reported that online

gaming revenues increased by 17.6 percent

from $11,195,735 in March 2014 to

$13,165,623 in March 2015. These figures

do not include $682,639 in revenue from

discontinued operations, which is believed

to be the now-defunct Ultimate Poker.

However, even if including discontinued

operations, online gaming revenues in

New Jersey during March still increased by

10.1 percent.

quarterly period. The NJDGE reported

during this period when factoring in

quarter of profits, Boyd said Keith Smith,

delivered broad-based EBITDA growth and

margin improvement, driven by higher

revenues and more efficient operations.

We continued to make progress enhancing

Resorts International (NYSE: MGM)

reported financial results for the quarter

ended March 31, 2015.

MGM Resort Highlights

Net revenue at the Company’s

wholly-owned domestic resorts was

$1.6 billion, an increase of half a percent

compared to the prior year quarter;

Slots revenue at wholly-owned domestic

resorts increased 5% compared to the

prior year quarter;

Rooms revenue at wholly-owned

domestic resorts increased 2% with a 1%

increase at the Company’s Las Vegas

Strip resorts compared to the prior year

quarter;

The Company’s wholly-owned domestic

resorts earned Adjusted Property

EBITDA of $390 million, a 3% decrease

compared to the prior year quarter,

partially due to a decrease in table games

hold percentage;

MGM China’s net revenue was

$630 million and Adjusted EBITDA was

$148 million, a decrease of 33% and

38% compared to the prior year quarter,

respectively; and

CityCenter earned Adjusted EBITDA

related to resort operations of

$82 million, a 14% decrease compared

to the prior year quarter, due primarily to

a decrease in table games revenues.

PlayStudios partners with MGM Resorts

International, as well as with additional

gaming operators to significantly increase its

customer base for the myVegas social

gaming app.

The myVegas app links to land-based casino

reward programs, awarding hotel rooms,

show tickets and other comps as prizes.

Players have to visit the physical property to

redeem their rewards, so social gaming is

seen as a marketing tool to stimulate

visitation at the land-based casinos. Rewards

are given for MGM properties including the

Bellagio, Aria and MGM Grand. The Station

Casino partnership offers rewards to players
