Millennium underwriting Agencies was founded in 1998

and is owned by MGA Management Services Pty Ltd, Whittles

Management Services Pty Ltd and Austagencies Pty. Ltd.

Millennium’s core charter is to provide exclusive underwriting

and claims service to the MGA Insurance Group and their

broker network across Australia. Millennium plays a crucial role

in managing security, underwriting and claims services

for MGA’s thriving Agricultural, Strata and MGA

Advantage portfolios.

MGA Asia was established in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in

August 2014 and were the third brokerage to be granted a

license in the country. They have enjoyed steady growth since

establishment and now employ xx staff and have a a gross

written premium of over USD.

MGA Advantage is a suite of products exclusive to the MGA

network. Advantage gives MGA Brokers the ability to sell with

certainty and consistency a unique, high quality product.

Distributed by Millennium, the product suite includes Home,

Landlords and Commercial Motor. To ensure that the products

remain competitive the Advantage portfolio is tendered every

three years. This allows brokers to be confident that they are

delivering a market leading product to their clients.

MGA are members of the Austbroker Group which

was established in 1985. Austbrokers has 58 equity

partners, more than 300,000 clients and in excess of

$2 billion of GWP. Austbrokers is a division of the AUB

Group (ASX:AUB). A top 250 ASX listed company, AUB

Group comprises 135 partner business that form leading

insurance broking networks (Austbrokers and NZ Brokers),

underwriting agencies (SURA) and specialist risk services.

TK Specialty Risks was established as a Corporate Authorised

Representative of Millennium Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd

with Tom Kent in November 2015. TK Specialty Risks Pty Ltd is

an underwriting agency wholly dedicated to Professional and

Financial Lines insurance, underwritten on an intermediated

basis. TK Specialty Risks Pty Ltd offers products in well

established lines of insurance, such as Management Liability

and Professional Indemnity, but also has a strong emphasis

on providing solutions for emerging risk classes, including

Cyber Liability. TK Specialty Risks Pty Ltd offers products that

are of premium standard as well as first-rate claims handling

expertise.

MGA EziPay is a wholly owned subsidiary of MGA. Established

in 2006, MGA EziPay was set up to provide monthly payment

options to clients within MGA network, at very competitive

rates. The business grew significantly with the support of the

network, and in 2015, MGA EziPay formed a partnership with

one of the largest premium funders on the market – Hunter

Premium Funding, which is part of the Allianz Australia Group.

The small team of dedicated and capable staff are located in

Dulwich, providing exceptional service to the MGA Insurance

Group and their clients.

The MGA Whittles Foundation pays 100% of all funds received

to selected charities. Since its formation, the Foundation

seeks to continue supporting three headline charities and

also to bring additional support to a number of other very

important organisations who provide a diverse and important

range of support and research for those in need. The MGA

and Whittles Group have been long time supporters of a

number of very worthwhile charities such as the Royal Flying

Doctor Service, All Kids and and Variety, the children’s charity.

Whether being staff giving group conferences, events

and functions or the efforts of the wonderful Foundation

Committee, who strive to ensure to maximise opportunities

to raise money for a series of worthwhile charities.
