Engagement• Use participants’ names; make interaction personal• Repeat questions as you answer them • Use polls! (Or quizzes, maps, whatever your technology allows for….)• Share links to additional resources during webinars; and ask participant to
share as well• Be social! Share your Twitter handle, create a hashtag, and keep the
conversation going online
Support• Use a communication backchannel for support• Support presenter by monitoring chat pod and managing tech issues• Make recordings and slides available online
