The Universalcenter (UCR 1000) and the multifunc-tion stool (MFH 1000) are designed for use in en-closed, non-living areas.

Together with the Workcenter (WCR 1000), the Uni-versalcenter forms a mobile workshop trolley for

placing, storing and transporting tools and con-sumables.

The multifunction stool is used as a mobile seat incombination with the seat cushion (MFH-SK).

For reasons of safety, the arbitrary conver-sion and/or modification of the product is notpermitted.

The user bears the responsibility for damageand accidents caused by improper use.

Keep all safety information and other instructionsin a safe place for future reference.– The device is not intended for use by persons (in-

cluding children) with limited physical, sensoryor mental ability or without sufficient experienceand/or knowledge, unless they are supervised bya person responsible for their safety or have beeninstructed on how to use the device. Childrenshould always be supervised to ensure that theydo not play with the device.

– Do not use the trolley on sloping or uneven sur-faces, otherwise it may tip over or roll away andcause personal injury or damage to property.

– Always use the trolley on a clean, smooth andstable surface. Sharp-edged, pointed foreign ob-jects and fibres (e.g. from cleaning cloths) candamage the rollers or cause them to seize up.Check the rollers for jammed foreign objects be-fore rolling the trolley or using it at another loca-tion.

– Do not overload the base frame and never use itas a ladder or trestle. Observe the permittedmaximum weight. Overloading or standing onthe trolley can cause accidents. When placing ob-

jects on the storage surfaces of the trolley that donot distribute weight evenly due to their profile,always use an additional support such as a solidboard or panel made from appropriate material.

– Do not overload the drawer. Otherwise there isrisk of tipping!

– Always close the brakes before using the deviceas a stool. This will prevent accidental rolling.

Do not dispose of the device together with domes-tic waste! Dispose of machines, accessories and

packaging at an environmentally responsible recy-cling centre. Observe the valid national regulations.

Warranty

Conditions of 1+2 Warranty

You are entitled to a free extended warranty (1 year+ 2 years = 3 years) on new Festool power tool pur-chased from an authorized retailer. Festool shall beresponsible for all shipping costs during the firstyear of the warranty. During the second and thirdyear of the warranty the customer is responsible forshipping the tool to Festool. Festool will pay for re-turn shipping to the customer using UPS GroundService. All warranty service is valid 3 years fromthe date of purchase on your receipt or invoice.

Festool Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid on the pre-condition that thetool is used and operated in compliance with theFestool operating instructions. Festool warrants,only to the original consumer purchaser, that thespecified tool will be free from defects in materialsand workmanship for a term of one year from thedate of procurement. Festool makes no other war-ranty, express or implied, for Festool portable pow-er tools. No agent, representative, distributor, deal-er or employee of Festool has the authority to in-crease or otherwise change the obligations orlimitations of this warranty. The obligations of Fes-tool in its sole discretion under this warranty shallbe limited to the repair or replacement of any Fes-tool portable power tool that is found to be defectiveas packaged with the User Manual.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are:normal wear and tear; damages caused by misuse,abuse or neglect; damage caused by anything otherthan defects in material and workmanship. Thiswarranty does not apply to accessory items such ascircular saw blades, drill bits, router bits, jigsawblades, sanding belts, and grinding wheels. Also

excluded are “wearing parts”, such as carbonbrushes, lamellas of air tools, rubber collars andseals, sanding discs and pads, and batteries.

If your Festool power tools require repair, please goto www.festoolusa.com and download the RepairOrder Form. Enclosing the completed form withyour tool will expedite the repair. You can find ad-dress details at the bottom of the form. Please callour Service Department at 888-337-8600 to ar-range a shipping label if the tool is eligible for freeshipping to our repair facility (see Conditions of 1+2Warranty section for eligibility). No collect ship-ments will be accepted.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FESTOOL BE LIABLE FORANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGESFOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY,EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHATSOEVER. ALLWARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUD-ING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-POSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATIONOF THREE YEARS.

Festool se hará respon-sable por los gastos de envío durante el primer añode garantía.
