Marcia Ferrari joined RICS in November 2011. In this position, is responsible for defining the strategic priorities and
targets for Latin America and FM Americas is accountable for the performance results defined in the annual plan for
the región and in AMC FM. Today Latin America has about 350 members in diverse activities in Land, Property and
Construction. RICS also organize events bringing to local market topics of international relevance and training for
public and in-company model having already delivered courses in the most important major employees such as
CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, etc. Academic Background: MBA from the Business School Sao
Paulo, a post-graduation from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a BA in Architecture and Urbanism
from the University of São Paulo. Certificate in Leadership for Property Development (RICS Exec Course)
