Your head is probably full of ideas you want to try, changes you want to see, experiences you want to have, and if you are selected you could do all of that and more. For such purpose the applica*on for MCP/MCVP of AIESEC in Mexico 2013-‐2014 is divided into eight parts:

Curriculum Vitae (1 page). Your Bio: Create your own biography and share it with us. You have just one limita*on – one (1) page!
Applica&on Ques&onnaire: Each candidate must present their applica*on, answering ALL ques*ons applicable to MCP/MCVP posi*on he/she is applying for. The applica*on should be maximum 12 pages for MCP and 10 pages for MCVP in font size 10 point. If you chose to apply for more than one area, you will have the op*on to increase 2 pages per area that you apply to (with a limit of 3 func*onal areas answer).
360 Competency Assessment: Include 1 PDF Document with your results (Ask five people you’ve worked with to complete your competency assessment).
Availability Le@er: Include your availability to work at MC Office from May 15th 2013 un*l June 30th 2014, 8 hours at day.
Endorsement Le@ers (Don’t send more lebers than the requested): • 3 for Na*onals (the lebers should be from one leader you worked with, one
teammate and one person you leaded). • 4 for Interna*onals (the same of the Na*onals, and 1 from your current MCP).

Application Process
MC Election / Selection Process The Na*onal Plenary elects the MCP. The MCP elec*on process will take place in Santa Fe, Mexico City,
Mexico, during CONAL 2013 from January 9th to 13th . The Na*onal Plenary gives confidence vote to the MCVP Applicants. The MCVP Selec*on process will take place in Mexico City during CONAL 2013 from January 9th to 13th. Abending CONAL 2013 for applicants is highly recommended. Interna*onals applicants for MCVP Posi*on must par*cipate virtually. The process is as follows (to be confirmed): CONAL 2013 Santa Fe

Responsibilities After Elections International President’s Meeting
The MCP elected is required to abend the Interna*onal Presidents Mee*ng that will happen between February 19th to February 29th at Serbia. AIESEC in Mexico will cover fee and traveling.
MC transition
Transi*on starts immediately aper your elec*on. Discussions and work will be done through the use of myaiesec.net, e-‐mail, individual mee*ngs, etc. The other official moments and responsibili*es aper the elec*ons are Team to Team Transi*on (May 15th 2013 – required presence) and Na*onal Planning Mee*ng (June – required presence).
