Enjoy a wonderful single day, guided tour to one of the largest cities of the ancient world:Teotihuacan or “place where the gods were made”. You will leave Mexico City aboard a double decker bus. Your certified tour guide will provide commentary for the entire tour starting with your visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, currently the second most visited Catholic shrine in the world and is located at the foot of Tepeyac Hill where the Virgin Mary appeared to Juan Diego. From here you will head to Teotihuacan, Cultural Heritage of Humanity to admire the monumental Pyramids.

Our celebrated tour of the Mexico City’s cantinas will take you to four of the historic center’s most renowned traditional taverns. The oldest ones are in the center of the city and they still exude a nineteenth-century atmosphere. Some are well-decorated with stained glass windows and beams, waiters in waistcoats and wooden bars. Others are more famous for their delicious snacks; and others are like living museums.

Your evening aboard Turibus begins at the Zócalo of Mexico City and continues to the Plaza Manuel Tolsa and the Avenida Insurgentes where you will see the Monument to the Revolution. To continue the journey you will pass along the Paseo de la Reforma, one of the most modern and popular avenues of Mexico City, and view monuments such as the Angel of Independence and the source of Diana the Huntress in addition to the shopping plaza Reform 222. Coyoacan is located at the south area of Mexico City, a very scenic district with old colonial architecture.
