Conclusion
The setup of Metro is good andstandardized. They have gainedcompetitive advantage. They have a
good compensation plan, employees arewell motivated. Metro is investing a lot inhuman capital whereas other companiesare going for cost cutting, and this is the
reason of Metro`s success. It also relates to our compensation
