• Firstly, each of the three sessions should be introduced by a short description on the state of the art for each topic
• Secondly, the experts should explain why the three themes have been chosen and why they are a priority issue for the country

Debate
• Within each working group, the debate should lead to a SWOT analysis:
• For each topic, participants should communicate to the facilitator the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
• The facilitator will then jointly elaborate a sentence on which consensus will be found
• Such elaborated inputs will be displayed using a board and stickers (post-it) for debate
