Eligibility This tour is open to all students enrolled in the Metea Valley High School Marching Band. Students must be in good standing and meet all school requirements to be eligible for a field trip. Students will be accompanied by approved chaperones.

Reservations Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis with the payment of a $400 booking deposit. Space is limited and we will start a waitlist once the group fills the first 2 coaches on the trip. The payment schedule is as follows:

Due: May 17, 2019 $400 per person booking deposit Due: June 28, 2019 $300 payment per person Due: August 9, 2019 $300 payment per person Due: September 20, 2019 $300 payment per person Due: November 1, 2019 Final Balance

In order to complete your online registration you must pay the $400 booking deposit at the time of registration. It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Fundraising is due 2 weeks prior to each payment and will be posted to your account once received in the Entourage Management office.

Mastercard, Discover, & Visa are accepted for payments. Credit card charges will show up as EBX*Entoura2708421148. A $25.00 fee incurred from chargebacks (denied charges) will be passed along to your account.

Once you’ve created your registration account, you will be able to go back in to make payments, view your purchases, update preferences & see any email communication you’ve been sent.

Chaperones If you are interested in being a chaperone on this trip, please let Mr. Schneider know. Approved chaperones will be invited to register for the trip after the student registration has been completed. Chaperones will be offered a discounted rate of $1,399 per person for double occupancy or $1,701 per person for single occupancy.

Pricing & Inclusions Adjustments Tour pricing is subject to a minimum number of paying participants on the trip. We may need to make adjustments to the trip inclusions should the group not meet their required minimum numbers. If the group exceeds the required minimum, we’ll make adjustments to add in additional inclusions or decrease the trip pricing as applicable.

Accommodations & Rooming List All guest rooms on this trip feature rooms with 2 beds, cable TV, and free internet. Students will be accommodated at quad occupancy.

Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program Cost: $79.00 per person This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel for documented illness, death in the immediate family, or emergency type situation that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration. Program fees are non-refundable once purchased.

• Silver Springs State Park. A natural landmark since the 1870s, Florida’s first tourist attraction features one of the largest artesian springs in the world. Choose between a 90-minute Glass-Bottom Boat Tour or a 2-hour Paddle on a Kayak, Canoe, or Tandem Kayak before enjoying a boxed lunch.
