High precision mechanical cutting process of simple figures in low carbon steel sheets, galvanized, painted, stainless steel and aluminum; that require perforations with certain geometries. It uses a perfectly sharp punch and a matrix that allow different operations; embossment and flanges, both with the possibility of tapping and punching (cutting the figure in a single stroke).

The operations that this equipment allow are: punching (hitting the piece to generate a hole), chewing (consecutive and overlapping punching, to generate a contour in the piece) and forming (operations of plastic deformation of the piece, it can be embossment or extrude to generate shapes cuts).

The laser cutting process eliminates the need to machine parts, which reduces manufacturing times and costs.

The steel is heated to high temperatures during cutting in conventional machines, however our equipment has a system that sprays water mist circularly around the laser beam on the work piece, which reduces thermal damage

The technology of laser cutting allows to cut very complex forms, without the need of major tools and with a speed superior to other methods of cutting.

This type of technology offers cutting small bore holes, with great quality, in any section of sheet or plate.

The materials are used to the maximum by means of the nesting software, which means the use of materials, reducing scrap.

We put at your disposal equipment with the latest technology, which allows us to cut a variety of materials quickly and with the best quality, without burr in contours.

Additionally the system allows to mark the pieces, either by QR code or alphanumeric engraving.

Process for three-dimensional cutting with an arm with 5 axes movement, it allows to cut surplus stamping material, cutting whimsical figures inside any type of piece, which means eliminating the use of stamping stations, and therefore accelerating the productive process.

Unlike mechanical cutting operations (shearing, punching, etc.), with this process is possible to work with almost all of the materials, can follow complex trajectories of surfaces in shaped parts, with a high degree of precision.

The cutting process is continuous, with the possibility of two work stations, one is loaded and unloaded, while the other works, which eliminates downtime, accelerating productivity.

Improves the logistic process since it avoids transfers for process changes.

The high precision of cutting allows to obtain pieces free of burrs and clean edges in diferent materiala as stainless steel, alloys of aluminum, titanium and mild steel.

We offer to all those companies that have 5 axis laser equipment, our knowledge obtained in three dimensions cutting, through the design and manufacture of metal devices, for positioning of pieces to be cut in 3D equipment.

Once the device is manufactured, the cutted parts are released, adjusting all those details that sometimes take more than 20 machine hours, which means that once the parts are manufactured and released, the cutting program is delivered, ready to be cut on the customer equipment.

The process of waterjet cutting, has as an advantage over traditional processes of steel cutting, lack of thermal deformation, or increase in hardness, in the cutting area.

You can cut all imaginable materials as plastic, ceramic, wood, polycarbonate, stone, glass, cork, carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, bronze, copper, and many other materials.

Precision is another great advantage of the waterjet cutting process, since it can offer unimaginable tolerances for traditional oxy-cutting processes.

The geometry of the pieces to be cut can be as complex as desired.The cutting edges are free of slag, cuted pieces do not require secondary machining.

If you need to fold steel sheet and plates, the use of precision equipment, ensures a repeatability almost at 100%.Allowing to manufacture in a precise way, simple or complex pieces, in any form and with a wide range of materials.The press control calculates the correct values according to the material, as well as the length and position of the piece to make high quality plies and reduced tolerances.Using a system of self-adjusting backgauge for fixing and positioning the piece; a automatic crowning provided with an easy automatic adjustment, for the different thicknesses of the materials, in addition to a range of interchangeable segmented dice of rapid change, which allow to manipulate and make complex folds with high precision in the piece by means of a sequence programmed in function of the angle and position required.

The plasma process has as an advantage, the cutting speed, which is 5 times higher over traditional oxy-cutting processes.With this process you can cut a wide variety of metals and thicknesses.The effective cost reduction of this process is another advantage of plasma cutting.The thermal deformation of the materials is very low, despite working at high temperatures, which allows less damage to secondary jobs.Our process has a computerized numerical control of 6 axes, and a spindle with variable beveling capacity of unlimited rotation
