Welcome to Trend! As I was fi nishing school with a metalsmithing

degree, I was constantly asked if I had found my niche. Honestly, I

couldn’t fathom why I would want to have a one! Of course we all have

our individual styles, but I never wanted to be pigeonholed—thus the

name Metal Morphosis. My hope was that this title would allow me

to grow and transform by periodically exploring new mediums with

design. Our new line, Trend, has greatly fulfi lled this goal, and has

been wildly successful along the way!

I’m so excited to present these new products and extensions to the

line. Keep an eye out for more to come, but in the mean time—

Payment TermsOrders are prepaid or Net 30 with approved credit. MC/VISA/American Express established accounts may apply for credit after initial order. Metal Morphosis will no longer call for credit card numbers, the order must have a credit card number at the time of receipt or it will not be processed. You can request for a credit card number to be kept on file. Terms are Net 30 from ship date. A 2% finance charge per month will be added to accounts over 60 days (24% annually). Absolutely no goods will be shipped to past due accounts until the account is brought to current status. Habitually late accounts will return to credit card only. Accounts will be responsible for all collection and attorney fees. Litigation will take place in the state of Georgia.

Return/Cancellation PolicyA 20% restocking fee on any cancellations or returns will be applicable. Any cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to ship date. The buyers’ signature on an order is guarantee for payment, as representation of the purchasing company. Any returns must be prepaid and insured. No claims will be allowed after 3 days of receipt of shipment. No returns will be allowed after 30 days of receipt of goods. Trend, a subsidiary of Metal Morphosis, reserves the right to cancel any full or partial orders as a result of us being prevented from completing the contract by reasons beyond our control.

Damage ClaimsAll claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Backorders Any item that must be backordered will be shipped within 30 days time, or cancelled thereafter, and will have to be reordered.

Delivery Schedule Due to the nature of handmade and handcrafted products, a window of earliest ship date through cancel date has proven to be the most effective way of securing delivery of your order. On the average, we ship 2-4 weeks from receipt of your order, depending on the time of year and pieces ordered. As much advance notice, when possible, is sincerely appreciated.
