Valante M. Grant is the founder of The byDesign Network. A passionate writer, Valante authors three columns for Examiner.com: The Chicago City Guide Examiner, The Chicago Home-Based Business Examiner and The Chicago African-American Community Examiner. She is the host of Life! byDesign Radio on Intellectual Radio. Valante is the Inspirational Director for Trendsetters to Trendsetter Magazine. She also contributes to local and national blogs and online and print publications.

Valante’s media experience includes a special guest appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s LifeClass and coverage of Disney star, China Anne McClain’s Magnificent Mile concert, Super Bowl XLVI, Disney star, Zendaya’s Navy Pier appearance, Earth Wind and Fire and Anita Baker at Ravinia Festival.
