MAJOR FEATURES OF BUSBAR Designed and manufactured as per IEC 60439-2 standard. Each compact bus bar rating has a separate and latest type test certificate for 12type tests from KEMA.

Segregated Range is available from 25Amp to 630Amp. Compact (sandwiched) Bus bar systems have two model options with pre-galvanized steel and aluminium extruded housing epoxy painted. Ratings are available from 800A up to 6300A.

99.9% purity HDHC electrolytic copper conductors with %100 con-ductivity are used.

Insulation in between conductors has two different types and in more layers. (Epoxy +polyester) or (PP + polyester) with non halo-gen and self extinguished products.

Configuration shall be 4 wire, 4.5 wire and 5 wire for main riser bus bars.

Standard protection Degree is IP55 (IP65 & IP67 options are also available)

Tap off Boxes shall be suitable for any brand of MCCB and con-tacts shall be silver-plated copper.

including Brass, Electroless Nickel Plated Brass, Aluminium and

Stainless Steel. Significantly the brass grade used in the pro-

duction of all CMP brass cable glands is CuZn39Pb3 (CW614N)

to EN12168, which is a highly desirable feature but quite often

overlooked.
