This position requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to identify and resolve problems
in a timely manner, and the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully. Requires the highest level
of confidentiality on very sensitive issues. This is a highly functioning position requiring someone who
can work independently when necessary, superb organizational skills, ability to multitask, and
a team player. Reliability and dependability a must.
Must be proficient working with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, and comfortable on computer and
Internet. Will need to quickly learn how to navigate real estate programs such as the MLS, Zipforms,
DocuSign and SkySlope, if not already trained.
Duties include some dictation and typing, answering phones and taking messages, scheduling meetings,
conference calls, and showings, coordinating and maintaining calendars, review/sort incoming mail for
execs, handling general correspondence, draft and edit business documents and e-mails, assisting with
invoice processing and filing, assisting with writing offers, pulling reports and info from the MLS, involves
light personal assistant work, provide backup support to other colleagues within office, as needed. This
list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include
other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.
California real estate license or experience not required, but preferred.
Salary: Based on experience.
Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Start: November 2019
Duration: 3-5 months
