• EMBARKA prides itself when it comes to the quality of our designs and fabrics for our clothing. All aspects of our product down to the buXons, and zippers are carefully selected from some of the best fabrics to saZsfy our on the go customer who cares about quality, but who does not want to break the bank. To go along with our high quality product, we also like to deliver high quality service in all three of our locaZons [New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago] and at our headquarters located in Brooklyn, New York. All of our employees are highly trained to cater to our customers. Therefore, you will always be in contact with someone who knows the in-‐and-‐outs of the retail and customer care industry when shopping with EMBARKA. With our selling period set from November to August we take our Zme to research, and carefully select items that will be best for our customer, and keep fresh items to display, so our customers are in contact with our new best pieces throughout our selling period.

EMBARKA WILL CELEBRATE THEIR FALL 2013 COLLECTION TRUNK SHOW WITH UPBEAT MUSIC, DRINKS AND HORS D’OEUVRE THAT WILL BE SERVERED THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AND GOODIE BAGS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE END OF THE EVENT. FOR DESIGNING, CUTTING OUT CROQUIS AND DRAWING FANCY DRESSES ON THEM. YEARS LATER, JACKSON ATTENDED PARSONS THE NEW SCHOOL OF DESIGN IN NEW YORK, STUDYING FASHION DESIGN. DURING HER SENIOR YEAR AT PARSONS SHE WORKED IN THE FASHION CLOSETS OF MAJOR PUBLICATIONS INCLUDING TEEN VOGUE, AND ELLE. AFTER GRADUATING FROM THE NEW SCHOOL SHE INTERNED AT KENNETH COLE, MARC BY MARC JACOBS, AND THEN LATER BECAME A DESIGNER ASSISTANT AT ANNA SUI. AFTER LEAVING ANNA SUI IN 2005 JACKSON WORKED AS ASSISTANT BUYER OF SHOES AT BERGDORF GOODMAN UNTIL 2008, WHEN SHE DECIDED TO TEAM UP WITH A FRIEND TO START HER OWN BOUTIQUE. IN 2010 JACKSON MOVED TO LINCOLN PARK IN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT “LITERALLY, DESIGNING DAY TO NIGHT LOCKED IN MY BEDROOM,” SHE SAID …”SOMETIMES I WOULD FORGET TO EAT!” AFTER THE LONG WAIT JACKSON FINALLY RECEIVED THE LICENSE TO OPEN HER FIRST STORE IN THE LOGAN SQUARE NEIGHBORHOOD OF CHICAGO.
