INTRODUCTION
Mercedes-Benz is a German automobile manufacturer and the brand is used for luxury automobiles, buses, coaches, and trucks.
Mercedes-Benz is headquartered in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Mercedes-Benz's slogan is "The best or nothing".

Engine used in Mercedes
Malcolm beare built an innovative hybrid design of the I C engine , by combining a two stroke with a four stroke engine.
The combination of two stroke and four stroke technology has given the engine its name – the “six stroke engine” (2 + 4 = 6).

Six Stroke Engine
04/10/2304/10/23 99
Fuel ignites with piston at the top dead center.
1010
Working Principle
Rotary valve opens, allowing exhaust to escape
1111
1212
Exhaust stroke begins when the piston is at bottom dead center
1313
Exhaust stroke ends, intake begins. rotary valve cuts exhaust .intake of charge into cylinder due to pressure difference.
1414
The intake stroke happens when the piston is on its downward path with the intake valve open. This action creates suction, drawing atomized fuel in this case gasoline mixed with air, into the combustion chamber.
1515
Top piston nearly closes complete inlet port and The compression begins.
1616
Combustion chamber completely sealed and ready for the combustion.
1717
The power stroke begins at a critical moment, just as the air-fuel mixture is at its most compressed. A supercharged voltage is delivered to the spark plugs from the ignition coil, at that point it ignites the fuel mixture. The valves in the engine are still closed during this period. Thus the explosion forces the piston down to turn the engine's crankshaft, delivering the power via the gearbox and clutch to the driving wheels.
In a six stroke engine the energy absorption is less because of slower acceleration of reciprocating parts.
It reduces the weight and complexity of the engines head by as much as 50%. Instead of using energy to drive the head.
Torque is increased by 35% and efficiency increased by the same.
Increased torque and power output. Better fuel economy and cleaner burning
longer service intervals and considerably reduced tooling costs

INTERIOR COMFORT INTERIOR COMFORT CONT….CONT…. With the memory package
the front seats, front seat head restraints, steeringcolumn and exterior mirrors can be adjusted electrically to any position. This increases convenience when there is a frequent change of drivers, storing the individual driver seat, steering column and exterior mirror settings for up to three people In addition the package features 4-way lumbar support for the driver and front passenger. The front-passenger mirror swivels automatically downwards.
INTERIOR COMFORTINTERIOR COMFORT
The THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control system allows the driver and front
passenger to adapt the climate in their respective seats to suit their individual
requirements – independently of each other. The system keeps the temperature
at the desired level automatically, even in strong sunlight.
RIDE COMFORTRIDE COMFORT Suspension and Steering Another contribution to
relaxed driving comes from the newly-developed, standard-fit DIRECT CONTROL suspension with selective damping system. The shockabsorbers automatically adapt to the drivingsituation. The improved damping effect and stabilisation of the vehicle are particularlyvaluable on poor road surfaces.
SAFETYSAFETY The preventive PRE-SAFE®
occupantprotection system can recognise critical driving situations and, if necessary, pre-emptively activate reversible safety systems to help reduce the risk of injury to the vehicle occupants. This is based on PRE-SAFE® continuously monitoring sensor data from systems such as ESP® and BAS and identifying driving situations such asoversteer/understeer and emergency stops.
FEW SAFETY FEATURESFEW SAFETY FEATURES
Anti-lock braking system (ABS). Active bonnet. Acceleration skid control (ASR). Electronic Stability. Program ESP®PRE-SAFE® occupant
protection system. parktronics Attention Assist. Brake Assist (BAS).
Anti-lock braking systems
• It will take a car five seconds to stop from 60 mph (96.6 kph) under ideal conditions, but a wheel that locks up could stop spinning in less than a second.
• There is a speed sensor on all four wheels and a separate valve for all four wheels. With this setup, the controller monitors each wheel individually to make sure it is achieving maximum braking force.
Active bonnet
In a collision the rear of the active bonnet is raised in an instant, thus increasing the available deformation space and substantially reducing the risk of injury to pedestrians.
Acceleration skid control (ASR).
It ensures all weather driving safety. Automatic breaking system helps the
car to prevent skids.
Electronic stability In critical situations, the Electronic
Stability Program (ESP®) can help to stabilise the vehicle by applying a braking force to individual wheels, and adjusting engine output. By carrying out targeted braking interventions at individual wheels ESP® can prevent both over- and understeer, thus enhancing handling safety.
Active lane assist In road-transport terminology, a lane
departure warning system is a mechanism designed to warn a driver when the vehicle begins to move out of its lane on freeways and arterial roads.
Sensors and cameras are used to examine the motion of car.
Automatic breaking system brings back the car to the lane and prevents accidents.
Pre safe Brake An eye on the road ahead: Automated response to
stopped traffic. With DISTRONIC PLUS, advanced radar sensors
vigilantly scan traffic ahead for stopped or slowing traffic. If the system senses that a collision is imminent, its PRE-SAFE Brake feature automatically initiates up to 40% braking power, audibly alerts the driver, and engages the PRE-SAFE system. When the driver brakes, 100% braking pressure is instantly applied. And should the driver fail to respond, the system can apply full braking on its own, serving as an "electronic crumple zone" to help reduce the intensity of a collision.
Parktronics
• It is electronic parking aid with ultrasound sensors• It indicates visually the distance
between vehicle and an object and warns acoustically when you approach obstacles• Sensors are located at front and
rear bumpers
