Mercedes-Benz (History) The representation of Mercedes-Benz for Portugal was attributed

in 1936 to the firm C. Santos, beginning by including vehicles automobiles and passing, later, to include all of the vehicles produced by this German mark.

The relationship among Mercedes-Benz and C. Santos were always narrow, although during to 2nd Great War the import and sale of products Mercedes-Benz it had reduced in a substantial way.

In April of 1989 the society C. Santos, importer of Mercedes-Benz for Portugal, it was acquired by the denominated Group Daimler-Benz, what marked the beginning of the activitys
