MENU DEVELOPMENT Here at WILLABYS CATERING & EVENT DESIGN we recognize that no two events are the same. When working with clients we get to know their likes & dislikes, and fill an important role in helping make their vision come true. In suggesting menus we really hand design each one once we have met you and understand your style. Our culinary experts then create a menu focusing on ingredients that can be sourced to be fresh and local as much as possible. This menu packet is meant to be a tool to get to know your food style so that we can create something unique for you.
BEVERAGES Willabys Catering can provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverages as well as full bar service (beer, wine and spirits) as requested.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES WILLABYS CATERING & EVENT DESIGN offers additional services that complement our catering packages. Please inquire about adding event design, full or day-of coordination, floral, gourmet desserts and rentals to any catering packages to make your day stress free. Referrals are also available for other services such as music, photography, hair & make up, invitations, wedding cakes and more.
PAYMENTS Deposit - A deposit of $1,000.00 and signed contract are required to secure the date of your
event and confirm our services.
Final Payment - Final payment is required 3 weeks prior to your event, upon receipt of your final guest count.
SERVICE CHARGE An 18% service charge is added to all food, beverage, rentals and event packages.
GUEST COUNT A minimum guest count is due 3 weeks before your event date. You may increase your guest count up to 48 hours before your event.
SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS We are more than happy to accommodate guests with special dietary needs, please bring it to our attention during the menu development phase.
