ADVANCE APPOINTMENTSTo ensure your preferred treatments and times, we strongly recommend scheduling your spa services well in advance of your visit. A credit card is required at the time of booking services. Please notify our Spa Concierge before booking treatments if you are pregnant or have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, recent surgeries or disabilities.

CHECK-INPlease arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for proper check-in and changing into a robe and slippers. Allow additional time if you would like to enjoy the spa amenities prior to your treatment. If you arrive late, we will be unable to extend your treatment time and you will miss the benefits of a full treatment. Full or partial refunds will not be given to guests who arrive less than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

CUSTOMER REQUESTSYou may request a specific gender Massage Therapist when booking an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee availability.

ELECTRONIC DEVICESThe Spa is a device-free zone. To ensure the peace and privacy of all our guests, we do not allow any electronic devices in any areas of the spa, including the Spa Café. E-devices include cell phones, tablets and e-readers.

GRATUITYFor your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to all spa and salon services, including spa packages. Any additional gratuities are at your discretion.

SPA ATTIREFor your comfort, a locker, robe and slippers are provided. You may disrobe to your comfort level. Proper draping techniques are always used to protect your privacy and comfort. You may choose to bring a bathing suit for use in the whirlpool.

CANCELLATION POLICYIf you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged in full. If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost, in addition to the full price of your rescheduled treatment.

SPA BOUTIQUE & SPA CAFÉAllow time to browse our Spa Boutique for unique gifts for the mind, body and spirit. We carefully select hand-crafted, fair-trade and organic products with an emphasis on natural, sustainable ingredients that nourish our bodies and tread softly on our planet. Dine amid nature’s beauty in the Spa Café. Enjoy healthy, refreshing fare, premium teas and other beverages in a soothing environment.

MINOR POLICY:Hair and Nail services available to guests of all ages.Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Spa. They are welcome in the Boutique and the Hair and Nail salons. Guests ages 16 and 17 must have an adult present during treatments (facials and massages) and they can also enjoy full access to the amenities (locker room, whirlpool, sauna, Spa Cafe, etc.).
