Dr. Shailesh is currently the Vice-President for Sanofi’s South Asia Region.In his earlier assignment as head of the Tropical Medicine Business unit forInternational Markets in SmithKline Beecham, UK, he championed the research anddevelopment on drugs for tropical diseases. He was a Wholetime Director ofSmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals before its merger with GlaxoWellcome.

He has been listed among ‘India’s Best CEOs’ in the Mid-Sized Companies category byBusiness India magazine in 2014.

Shailesh was unanimously elected as the President of OPPI (Organization ofPharmaceutical Producers of India) for the third consecutive term (2015-2016).

Shailesh holds a post-graduate degree in Business Management from the IndianInstitute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Mr. Ajay Nanavati is currently the Chairman of Syndicate Bank.

Mr. Nanavati is also an Angel Investor, mentor and advisor to international companieslooking to invest in India and assists Indian companies implement growth strategieswith a specific focus on global expansion, portfolio management/rationalization, talentacquisition/development, new product pipeline & go-to-market models. He alsoactively mentors start ups.

Prior to his long stint at 3M, Mr. Nanavati was Director, Global Channel Services & USAtlantic Pacific Operations in St. Paul and Director, Asia Pacific & Greater China Regionresponsible for accelerating 3M’s growth in the Region.

Mr. Nanavati took over as Managing Director of 3M India in October 2008. He joined3M India in 1988 as its first Indian employee. Ajay spent 16 years in various globalroles. He also served as the Managing Director of 3M Israel.

Dr. Katragadda drives technology and innovation for the Tata group leveraging cross-company synergies. He serves as a director on the boards of Tata Elxsi, TataCommunications, Tata Teleservices, Tata Autocomp Systems, and Flisom AG.

As former Chairman and Managing Director he helped grow GE’s largest R&D Centre –the John F. Welch Technology Centre (JFWTC). His team contributed to over 300 USpatents a year. Dr. Katragadda also served as the chairman for GE-BEL.

Formerly worked in the US based Karta Technologies wherein he led the developmentof advanced sensor technology for US government agencies and research consortiums.

Dr. Katragadda provides the voice of technology for various Academic and Industrybodies including CII, IET, and Anita Borg Institute. He is the current Chair of the CIINational Technology Committee, Co-Chair of the Indo-UK JETCO Technology Track, andthe Chair for the India Development Panel of the IET. He has over 30 publications and 5patents.

He holds a MS and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University,Ames, Iowa.

She has spent 18 years at NIIT, heading the Education-Industry collaboration for ITprofessionals , managed software services business for NIIT UK, Europe and Middleeast and the fast growing govt. school education segment in order to bringtechnology based education to the students in the most backward parts of India.

Promila started developing rural producer’s cooperatives across India on the successfulAnand Pattern and worked with the father of the white revolution in India, Dr.Varghese Kurian.

Mr. Sondhi has over three decades of experience in Manufacturing and Engineeringbased companies such as Honda, Tata Steel and Tecumseh.

He is an elected member of the CII National Council and the Chairman of the CapitalGoods Committee. He was awarded the Confederation of India’s Young Manager’sTrophy in the year 2000, The Udyog Rattan Award by the Institute of Economic Studiesin 2011 and The CEO of the year award at CEO India Awards in 2014.

Mr. Valluri is the founder and Chairman of “Valluri Technology Accelerators” and “ValluriChange Foundation”. He has been associated with various global Organizations for over 30years and has Leadership, Operational and General Management experiences.

Mr. Valluri served as the Chairman of the board for Ingersoll Rand India’s public companyoperations for over six years until November 2015. He also served on the global ExecutiveLeadership council of Ingersoll Rand as the member of the Management Team.

Mr. Valluri was associated with the global measurement technology leader, AgilentTechnologies, as its President & Country Manager and Chairman of the board for its Indiansubsidiary. Prior to Agilent he held various leadership roles at GE (General Electric) in Indiaand overseas. He served as the Business Leader for GE’s Specialty Materials business inEurope. Mr.Sunil Gulati has three decades of experience in the banking Industry both in India andOverseas across investment banking, corporate finance, relationship management, riskmanagement and corporate strategy.

He took over as the Chief Risk Officer of RBL Bank in 2010, during its transformationfrom a small regional bank to a national player. The bank grew more than 10x acrosscorporate retail, capital markets and agriculture/financial inclusion sectors.Prior to that he spent 5 years at Yes bank where he was the Group president responsiblefor wholesale banking including corporate & institutional banking, Emerging CorporateBanking, Transaction Banking, International Banking and Business Advisory for over fouryears.He was also associated with GE Commercial Finance business before engaging with YesBank. Mr. Ravi Sunderrajan is currently the Sr. Director Finance at Zacco - 360˚ IntellectualProperty.

Prior to this he was Head of Finance at HARMAN India. In this role, he was responsiblefor all aspects of finance function including controllership, financial planning andanalysis, tax, treasury and internal controls, while ensuring stringent financialcompliance.

Ravi was given an additional responsibility of overseeing Symphony Teleca’s integrationwith HARMAN.

Ravi comes with over 18 years of cross-cultural experience in the financial domain.Prior to HARMAN, Ravi was heading the finance function for the India R&D center atCitrix. In his earlier assignments he has held managerial positions in companies such asNXP Semiconductors, Telelogic, Wipro and Microland.

Ravi is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Management Accountant (ICWAI) and holds aBachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University. He is an alumnus of IndianInstitute of Management Bangalore – Advance Management Program. He’s also anactive member of the CFO India and IMA CFO India forums.

Ms. Jayantika Dave is an Advisor in HR Excellence, and an Independent Director on theBoards of various organizations. Throughout her multi-faceted career, she has been a keybusiness consulting partner, the architect for senior leadership development, and aCoach and Mentor for senior leaders in organizations.

She was the Vice-President – Human Resources for Ingersoll Rand India, and led theHuman Resource strategy and direction for Ingersoll Rand’s aggressive growth plans inIndia. Under her leadership the company was recognized as an Employer of Choice.
