The Problem Why This Mentoring Group needed

They really had two things they were looking to accomplish. First checking in/out

We recommended the Wasp MobileAsset solution. While Wasp MobileAsset is a

check in/out process. By adding a barcode scanner with MobileAsset’s full
import/export functionality, they are able to load their student’s information in
advance, thereby making it very easy to quickly scan the student’s ID Card, then
scan the laptop tag number to speed up the checkout process. The transaction log
that the solution has also allowed them to see the life history of each laptop,
knowing every student that checked out that laptop over the entire life of the
laptop. They were also able to gain the student’s multi transactional history by
quickly running one of the many included reports.
The Result:
The customer was able to quickly apply a low cost solution solving all their needs with one simple Wasp software package and entry
level barcode scanner.
