    Compiled Class Mentorship

    Evaluations

The goal is for our mentorship program to be

successful. In order to gauge this we will

assess each class using the guidelines in this

presentation. Each mentor will have to assess

each of their mentees using this format and

will submit them for review at the end of each

semester. We will then compile the data tothen come up with a class assessment.
