We manage a number of stunning villas both contemporary and traditional within the area and will match your brief to the very best available.

We can then: –organise transfers from the airport–arrange car hire –advise on and book restaurants –provide recommendations and book

sporting activities from golf, tennis and horse riding to sailing, fishing and mountain biking

– advise and book lessons for the less experienced for most activities, including tennis, golf, polo, sailing, wind or kite surfing, swimming and riding

–book tickets to major events taking place during your stay

– organise itineraries and guides if required to some of Europe’s most celebrated cultural jewels, including Seville, Cordoba, the Alhambra and Granada and Ronda.

AlmadrabaLa almadraba es una antigua y minuciosa técnica andaluza para capturar el mejor atún rojo que data de hace unos 3.000 años.La practican los pescadores de los pueblos pesqueros en torno a Cádiz, y se trata de un complejo sistema de redes que encierra a los atunes, lo que permite seleccionar a los más grandes y liberar a los más jóvenes.

AlmadrabaAlmadraba is an elaborate and ancient Andalusian technique for catching the finest Red Tuna that dates some 3,000 years. Practised by the seamen of the fishing towns around Cadiz, it is a complex system of nets encircling the tuna that allows selection of the largest and release of the younger.

Andalucía and Sotogrande are renowned for its sports but also for wine and gastronomy, hunting and fishing, architecture and history, sailing and every sport in the water that can be imagined. La Mezquita de Córdoba

El edificio más antiguo de la España islámica que se ha conservado hasta nuestros días es posiblemente también el más espléndido e influyente.Es una de las mayores mezquitas, con un techo sostenido por 1.293 columnas del siglo X y una decoración extraordinariamente intrincada. Sigue siendo un edificio profundamente bello a pesar de haber sido reconvertido en catedral cristiana en el siglo XVI.

The Mezquita of CordobaThe oldest significant surviving Spanish Islamic building is also arguably the most magnificent and the most influential. One of the largest mosques, with a roof supported by 1293 columns in the 10th century and extraordinarily intricate decoration, it remains a profoundly beautiful building despite having been repurposed as a Christian cathedral in the 16th century.

Wine and Gastronomy With over 40,000 hectares of vineyards in Andalucía across 20 regions, the area is a fascinating adventure for those who enjoy their wines. Equally famous for its love of food with its early Arabic influence, it was the andalusíes who actually invented the dining room.

The area is particularly renowned for its sweet and fortified wines with sherry being at the heart of its world reputation. Our ‘Experiences’ offer the opportunity to indulge in the extraordinary breadth of traditional and modern cuisine and the delights of wine makers in Andalucía.

Tiro y cazaAndalucía es famosa por sus cotos tanto de caza menor como mayor y en esta región va a encontrar parques nacionales, reservas nacionales de caza y numerosos cotos privados no lejos de La Reserva Club. Tenemos acuerdos especiales con armeros de renombre mundial para enseñar a los principiantes y disponemos de instalaciones de tiro al plato para todos los niveles de destreza. Estamos encantados de poder acceder a la finca Monte del Duque, que ofrece programas diarios, de fines de semana y de más duración para practicar tanto deportes como actividades alternativas paraotros miembros de la familia.

Shooting and HuntingAndalucía is famous for its hunting both bird and big game and there are national parks, national hunting reserves and numerous private game reserves within easy reach of La Reserva Club. We have special arrangements with world-renowned gun makers to teach beginners and have clay-pigeon facilities available for all levels of skill and experience. We are delighted to have particular access to the Monte del Duque estate and programmes for days, weekends and longer have been curated with alternative sports or activities for other members of the family.

Prepara a los caballos y los jinetes para competiciones internacionales de doma y asimismo ofrece formación en todos los aspectos de la equitación, desde la conducción de carruajes hasta la talabartería y la cría caballar.

This school in Jerez dela Frontera is devoted toconserving the abilitiesof the Andalusian horseand maintaining theclassical traditionsof Spanish baroquehorsemanship. Itprepares horses andriders for internationaldressage competitionsand also provideseducation in all aspectsof horsemanship fromcoachdriving andsaddlery to the care andbreeding of horses.

Hípica y poloEl caballo ocupa con toda lógica una posición central en la cultura andaluza y, para los aficionados a la hípica, Sotogrande es el verdadero paraíso.El polo es connatural a la zona desde hace mucho tiempo, y ofrece oportunidades tanto para principiantes como para jugadores avanzados. La campiña, por otra parte, ofrece una extraordinaria experiencia ecuestre con paseos a través de acebuches, alcornoques y pinos, recorriendo colinas y valles durante unas cuantas horas o (para los más aventureros) unos cuantos días.

Horse riding and PoloThe horse in Andalucía is unsurprisingly central to its culture and for the keen rider, Sotogrande is truly heaven. Polo is long been associated with the area and there are opportunities for beginners to learn and the seasoned to play. The countryside itself provides an extraordinary equestrian experience with hacks and treks through wild olive trees, cork oak and pines, up mountains and down valleys for a few hours or for the more adventurous, a few days.

There is also excellent facilities for dressage and horse jumping for both the experienced and the beginner.New La Reserva Club Experiences are being created and crafted constantly with our partners, please do not hesitate to get in touch to learn more.
