Home Page

• First connection: This is the first time you have visited this site. Create your account by clicking on the «Create an account» field [Number 1]

• Log in: Enter the username and password you set when you created your account. [Number 2]

• Lost password: You can generate a new password by entering your username (NB: this requires that you have access to the e-mail address you registered). [Number 3]

Creating an account

• Creating your account requires some mandatory information. This is marked with a red star *

• User name - This is your future identifier.

• Your password.

• A valid email address. You will need it to complete the creation of the account.

• Your first and last name.

• And below, the name of your company.

Creating an account

• The Security question must be answered.• In the example, you will notice that we entered the

code without spaces and in lowercase.

• Click on the "Create my account" button.

• If errors or omissions are noted, they will be marked in red.

Confirmation of account creation

• You have requested your account to be created. To finalize the transaction, you must click on the link in the email.

• This is available in an email sent to the address you entered when creating your account.

• NB: the email can take from 5 to 10 minutes to arrive depending on your email provider.

Receiving the confirmation email

• You have received the email.

• Simply click on the link to connect automatically to your training area.

Access to training

• You are connected.

• Check that your first and last names are displayed correctly. If not, log off and log on again with your own identifiers. [Number 1]

• You can start the training directly by clicking the "Start Training" button.

Validation of the registration key

• Your manager has provided you with a link to access your training area, but also a code to access the module.

• This is to be used now but only for the first launch of the module. [Number 1]

• Then click on "Register".

Launching the module

• You can start the training with the "enter" button.

• Read the instructions carefully to follow the module properly.

• Make sure you disable your pop-up blockers.

• The module has a soundtrack. Put on headphones and turn up the sound on your computer.

• When you have fully completed the module and scored at least 80% in the quiz, you will be able to access your certificate.

Access to Certificate or Return to Home page

• On each screen, you can return to the page where you may access your certificate either by clicking the Total logo or the Home link. [Number 1]

• You will also be able to view it under "Information" [Number 2]

Certificate & download

• If you scored more than 80% in the training module quiz, you can access this page by clicking on the Certificate link.

• If the certificate appears, you are "Certified"!

• Click on the date on the right to download, view and print the certificate. [Number 1]
