Alex Woodside recently joined us after 13 years at nearby

Glenwild Golf Club & Spa. He’s been busy setting up the new

ON-MOUNTAIN CLUB The On-Mountain Club at The Residences at The Chateaux Deer

TUESDAY BLUES DAY and BLACK THURSDAY SKI CLUBS

Two popular members-only downhill ski clubs for all abilities, Tuesday Blues Day

Ski Club skis at Deer Valley with a delicious lunch arranged for the group.

With the emphasis on “social,” this group provides an excellent opportunity

to meet other members and make new friends.

Black Thursday Ski Club is for advanced intermediate or higher skiers. The group

visits different resorts around the Wasatch each week and enjoy lunch together at

the various mountain venues.

FULL GOLF MEMBERSHIP Ages 50+

Offers complete access to all of the Club’s amenities,

events, 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course,

and On-Mountain Club.

Full Golf Member dues and F&B minimum:

$1,116/month dues

Fulfill $1,200 annual F&B minimum

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Social Members enjoy access to our fitness

center, restaurant, lounge, swimming facilities,

and On-Mountain Club; and may participate

in Club social activities (including Nine & Dines).

Each primary and secondary member on the So-

cial Membership may play up to six rounds of

accompanied or un-accompanied golf per year,

at the established Social Members’ rates. This is

a total of no more than 12 rounds per year.

Social Member dues and F&B minimum:

$483/month dues

Fulfill $1,200 annual F&B minimum

INTERMEDIATE GOLF Ages 35-49 (CONVERT TO FULL GOLF AT AGE 50)

Offers Full Golf Membership family privileges. Age

of the older partner in a couple determines eligibility.

Reduced membership dues and F&B minimum:

$868/month dues $900 annual F&B minimum

JUNIOR GOLF Ages 24-34 (CONVERT TO INTERMEDIATE GOLF AT AGE 35)

LEGACY GOLF MEMBERSHIP Adult children may be added to their parents’

Full Golf Membership without the requirement

of paying an initiation fee.

The parents and adult child’s family share the

parents’ Golf Membership, but each pays dues

and F&B minimums based on age.

Age 24-34: Junior Membership terms apply

Age 35-49: Intermediate Membership

Terms apply

Age 50 and above: Full Golf Membership

terms apply

Should the parents desire to discontinue Club

privileges, the adult child may “inherit” the

membership without the requirement to pay

a transfer fee.

Should the parents’ membership be resigned,

Club privileges for everyone on the membership

will end after the standard 11-month dues

obligation is fulfilled or membership transferred.

Subscription fees may vary month to month, as they are determined by a current member

who sets a price for the transfer of his or her membership (Market Price). Please contact the
