Section A. Membership in the FRCSC shall be voluntary and is extended to: Active Membera. Eligibility: Spouses of active duty or retired Commissioned O�cer, Warrant O�cer, or Enlisted soldier (here after referred to as military personnel) of the Armed Forces of the United States assigned to Fort Rucker, Alabama, or residing in the local Wiregrass area. Spouses of all DoD/DA civilian employees who are currently employed at Fort Rucker, Alabama, are also eligible.b. Privileges: Active members in good standing have the privilege to vote, to hold elected or appointed o�ces, and to participate in all FRCSC activities. Active membership is e�ective upon registration and payment of current dues. An active member is considered in good standing when annual dues and all current activity and program fees are paid in full.

Associate Membera. Eligibility: i) Un-remarried widows or widowers of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the United States who reside in the Fort Rucker Wiregrass area. ii) Divorcees of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the United States who have retained their military privileges and reside in the Fort Rucker, Wiregrass area. iii) Spouses of International O�cers or Enlisted military personnel on active duty, assigned to Fort Rucker, Alabama. iv) Spouses of National Guard or Reserve military personnel not on active duty orders but residing in the Fort Rucker, Wiregrass Area. v) Spouses of DoD/DA Contractors of Fort Rucker.b. Privileges: Associate Members in good standing have the privilege to vote, to hold appointed o�ce, and to participate in all FRCSC activities. Associate Members may not hold an elected o�ce. Associate membership is e�ective upon registration and payment of current dues. An associate member is considered in good standing when annual dues and all current activity and program fees are paid in full.
