MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA - by signing this application, you agree to the following terms
1. Membership Levels will automatically renew at the same level.
2. The Chamber will make a good faith effort to inform you of your unused benefits, but it is your responsibility to let us know how you choose to use them.
3. Benefits & Credits do not carry-over into the next calendar year, and must be used within the current calendar year only.
4. Any intent to not renew membership must be given in writing within 30 days of the end of the calendar year. Mid-year drops will be subject to a final invoice if benefits were used but not paid for in advance.
5. The Chamber reserves the right to freeze the use of Credits if an organization is delinquent. Once payment is received, credit use will resume through the end of that year.
6. If an organization chooses a Membership Level that does not comply with their employee count, they forfeit the use of any credits at that level.
