Mr. Berg is an experienced alternative investment professional with 13 years of finance,investments, and institutional sales experience from London and New York.

Before founding Catalyst Fund Advisors, he had several roles with hedge funds andallocators, including being an Associate Director at New Amsterdam Capital, a EUR 3bncredit investment firm in London, being an Institutional Sales Director at T&T CapitalManagement, a New York City based volatility arbitrage fund, and being an InvestmentAdvisor at LIB Ltd, a London based family office, arranging investments in high growthprivate companies.

He started out his career at the investment bank Jefferies Putnam Lovell in theirFinancial Institutions M&A department and worked earlier also at Sachs Bloomberg, aconference producer organizing large finance events across Europe. He was a Sergeantin the Royal Swedish Navy.

In addition, Mr Berg also runs Catalyst Financial Partners, a specialist investor eventbusiness.

He speaks conversational German and is a native of Sweden, and holds a BSc inEconomics and an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School ofEconomics.

He is a Registered Representative (Series 7, 63) with Creatis Capital LLC., a FINRA &SIPC registered broker/dealer.
