First Federal Savings Bank Wraps Up United Way Pacesetter Campaign

First Federal is a proud supporter of the United Way and had many fun events throughout the month of August including themed Fun Fridays, a raffle, $5 lunches, euchre night and an employee baby photo contest to raise money.

While the events are fun, most importantly First Federal values the opportunity to lend a hand in our community. First Federal was able to donate over $17,000 to the United Way including Corporate Giving, Employee Giving and fundraisers.

Internet Banking recently went through an upgrade. With this upgrade, there were multiple enhancements made to the product.

    • Use your internet banking as a check register. Now, when you write a check or use your debit card, you can login and simply add the entries. The system will try to match the items as they clear your account.

    • PopMoney. Through the bill payment function, the ability to “Pay Other People” feature has been added. You can pay anyone as long as you have a text enabled phone number or email address of the person you are trying to pay.

    • Account to Account Transfers. Also through the bill payment function, you are now able to do account to account transfers. If you have an account at another financial institution, you can transfer money to or from that account.

    • Expedited bill processing is also now available. Forget to pay a bill and it’s due today? Don’t pay the outrageous same day fees the company wants to charge you when you call them. You can use your bill pay and pay a fraction of the fee.

Check out all the great new features and product demos located on the home page of our new domain website name; www.firstfedindiana.bank. Don’t worry, you can still get to us using www.firstfedindiana.com or www.firstfedhuntington.com.
