1 Revised October 13, 2006 You will probably need the following files from the Mythic_Role_Playing Yahoo Group: Character Design 3; Convenient Charts and Tables 2; Skills 3; Strengths 2; & Weaknesses 2 MELEE & THROWN EQUIPMENT LISTS NOTES: If a weapon hits a material of higher material strength, there is a chance of it breaking as if purposely attempting to break the weapon. Make a Breaking check, comparing the material strength of the object and either the Strength of the wielder or the material strength or Body Armor of the target. Range = the maximum range of the weapon in question. For each area beyond the first, the weapon receives a –1RS to hit. Damage = The damage the weapon causes. Type = Most weapons are either Lethal or Stunning (knock-out). Material = Indicates the material strength of the item. Scientific weaponry tends to be more fragile and more expensive and not used by the man on the street. One-handed = The weapon can be fired one-handed without penalty. Illegal = Possession of this weapon outside of certain authorized groups is a misdemeanor. Military = Possession of this weapon outside of the military and certain authorized groups is a crime. Power Pack = The weapon operates from a power pack, as opposed to standard ammo. Bursts = The weapon may affect multiple adjacent targets. Scatters = This weapon affects all within one area of the target. Two men to fire = Two person are required to fire this weapon effectively. One may fire, with the result of the firing at a +2RS to hit. Great Sword Strength+3RS* Lethal High Are two-handed blade weapons. They may be wielded one-handed with a -1RS penalty. Rquires a Strength of High or greater. Axe Strength+1RS* Lethal Above Average Are any chopping weapon, including fire axes, that may be wielded with one hand. Great Axe Strenght+2RS* Lethal Above Average Are two-handed chopping weapons, used by medieval- type folk. Requires Strength of High or grater. They may be wielded one-handed with a -1RS penalty. Spear Strength+2RS* Lethal Above Average Is considered as any thrusting blade with a handle over one foot long, and is normally thrown or wielded with two hands. They may be wielded one-handed with a - 1RS penalty. Club Strength+1RS* Stunning Above Average Are standard blunt weapons, and include makeshift weapons such as chairs and tables. Whip, leather Weak Stunning Average Can make a Grabbing attack from a distance as if the whip had a Agility equal to its material. Whip, metal Below Average Stunning Above Average Can make a Grabbing attack from a distance as if the whip had a Agility equal to its material. Fist Strength Stunning - +1RS bonus if using gauntlets or using brass knuckles.

some martial arts training. Because of the increaseddiff iculty in maintaining balance a -1RS penalty to the“act next” question.
