/ Subtitles are generated of the audio

/ Automatic video summaries shorten every video to a predefined length –ideally for teasers and previews

/ Face detection enables the tagging of videos by actors

/ MEKmedia was the first partner of Microsoft in Europe to fully use the new cooperation between Microsoft and Akamai, when they migrated the CDN of Edgecast to Akamai.

/ Videos are encoded using the Azure Cloud and saved in the Azure Storage./ The TV Client accesses the video on the Akamai CDN Edge Server / The Edge Server verifies whether the video is already available in the Cache/ If the video already exists it will be directly streamed to the Client/ If the needed Video is not available on the CDN Edge Server, it will be requested at the

Azure Streaming Unit and lastly streamed to the Client. The video is now available in this Edge Server´s Cache
