This brochure contains detailled information on our three-way tipper product range.
Every MEILLER three-way tipper is designed to ensure maximum productivity and economic efficiency, right from the first day and for its entire operating life.
MEILLER three-way tippers are developed as system solutions for the harsh conditions encountered in the construction and waste disposal sectors – from bulk material disposal to heavy demolition work.
Our three-way tippers are distinguished by optimised outside dimensions which maximise transportation vol-ume, a large tipping angle and a long service life.
The use of high-quality materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes ensure that, in addition to a high payload and degree of stability, our customers can enjoy an excellent level of value retention when it comes to our tippers.
Close cooperation with chassis manufacturers enables us to achieve an optimum degree of harmonistion bet-ween the vehicle chassis and superstructure. Our light range, for gross vehicle weights from 3.5 to 13.5 t, is generally used in gardening and landscaping. This range stands out in particular due to its universal usage options. For vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 7.49 t lashing rings in the body floor and a ladder are fitted as standard.

Guard plate: a screwed on protective roof at the front panel offers effective protection for the components and units between the tipper body and the driver’s cab.
MEILLER high pressure hydraulics with surface protection by nitrogen hardening ensure a long service life. Thanks to in-house development and production the hydrau-lics are ideally matched to the application. The high tipping angle and the lifting power reserve allow for optimum mate-rial flow.

Labyrinth-like principle for buffering the side walls ensures a long-lasting good seal.
The type D316 for 3-axle chassis with a permissible gross vehicle weight of 26 t proves its worth particularly in heavy construction us-age. High-quality wear-resistant steel grades for body and sides, a loading volume of 9.3 to 12.8 m3 and an automatic tailgate lock make it a reliable partner. As a truck/trailer combination with Bordmatic and a MEILLER centre-axle trailer it is an economic transport solution.The tipper type D321 was designed for 3-axle chassis that are used offroad or in export markets with a technically permissible gross vehicle weight of 33 t. To this end the tipper features a larger loading volume with appropriately more powerful hydraulics and subframe.

Unloading chute with provision for dosing device
MEILLER high pressure hydraulics with surface protection by nitrogen hardening ensure a long service life. Thanks to in-house development and production the hydraulics are ideally matched to the application. The high tipping angle and the lifting power re-serve allow for optimum material flow. Optimum power transmission is obtained thanks to the double cylinder system.
Stable floor design
The tailgate sits snugly between the corner posts.This prevents bulk material sticking on the stake when side tipping.
With a technically permissible gross vehicle weight of 35 t on 4-axle chassis and a loading volume of 13-17 m3 type D421 covers a broad range of applications, from transporting all kinds of bulk material to heavy usage on large building sites. The unloading chute, which is fitted as standard, in combination with a folding under-ride guard allow for precise tipping in a road finisher.MEILLER offers the reinforced tipper type D428 for 41 t chassis whose technically permissible gross vehicle weight is to be fully exploited. With a large loading volume, a generously sized subframe and more powerful hydraulics the tipper is ideally equipped for heavy usage.

The MEILLER Bordmatic offers a significant day-to-day time advantage with auto-matic opening and closing of the left-hand side wall from the driver’s cab. Thanks to the fold-down angle of almost 180° cargo can easily be loaded and unloaded. This also provides another delivery method for cargo as well as being an unobstructed discharge opening. The new kinematics and more powerful hydraulic ram ensure a higher closing force and better ease of use.
