Timing belts or poly-v rib belts are commonly used on roller conveyors. On the external side of the roller, power transmission belts deliver power from the motor to the main driven conveyor roller. From this stage rollers are interconnected by either timing belts or poly-v rib belts, some of which can be produced with elastic-stretch properties.

Used in warehouse picking and delivery systems or in assembly operations in a number of manufacturing environments. Starting with a base synchronous belt, we offer a broad range of high friction cover surfaces.

MEGALINEAR: polyurethane synchronous belts with nylon on the tooth and backside (NFT/NFB).

MEGALINEAR: polyurethane synchronous belts with antistatic fabric on the tooth and back side.

In today's warehousing and distribution environments, of� oading of product for speci� c ful� llment needs can be accomplished with high friction belt right angle diverters.Starting with a base synchronous belt, we offer a broad range of high friction cover surfaces. From Megalinear joined polyurethane synchronous belts and Mega� ex truly endless polyurethane synchronous belts with TPU smooth covers, to rubber synchronous belts with homogeneous covers, along with specialty cover materials like DuraTaq® high friction.

Of� oading and delivery conveyors are typically � tted with � at belts, however multiple path polyurethane timing and rubber belts with high friction covers are also common. Special cover materials are available on belt used where accumulation occurs.

POLYRETHANE SYNCHRONOUS BELTS: in truly endless Megaflex or joined Megalinear with high friction covers used to divert goods 90° from the starting direction of travel.

RUBBER SYNCHRONOUS belts with high friction molded covers including DuraTaq® and Linatex®.

Large Warehouse and Distribution centers use computer aided technology to move and store small and large goods being inventoried. Megadyne high strength synchronous belts are used in both single and double mast � xed aisle lift systems, as well as on gantry cranes and carousel systems.

As part of the ASRS systems, transport platforms are used to shuttle the goods being stored from the lifting apparatus to the storage rack. Timing belts with high friction, wear resistant covers are used to telescope product into the dedicated storage location.

RPP-STEEL RUBBER MOLDED RPP14: pitch open-end belt with high strength steel cords for lifting applications.

MEGALINEAR QST SYSTEM: with precise and continuous mesh between belt and pulley, theMegadyne QST System delivers an improved reduction in noise level, versus traditional types of trapezoidal and curvilinear tooth designs. Megalinear QST is available in 8M and 14M pitch. This offset helical tooth design offers low-noise and positive engagement in Bi-directional lift applications.

MEGALINEAR: open-end polyurethane timing belt in MTD14, RPP14 and AT20 pitch with or without NFT or NFT/NFB available with standard steel or high performance cords.

MEGALINEAR GW: polyurethane 14 and 20 mm pitch open-end belt with very high strength steel cords for lifting and gantry crane applications within warehouses.

RUBBER SYNCHRONOUS BELTS AND V-BELTS: molded to length and pitch designation.

RUBBER & PU RIBBED BELTS: with standard or elastic cords available in rubber or moulded polyurethane.

MEGAPOWER 2: cast urethane belts produced in a mould to precision dimensions.

MEGAFLEX: truly endless urethane belt with added covers offering high friction and wear resistance.

RUBBER ENDLESS TIMING BELTS: with molded covers, such as DuraTaq® offer good grip and wear resistance.

MEGALINEAR: joined endless belts with added covers offering high friction and wear resistance.

PU/RUBBER TIMING: synchronous belts available in polyurethane or rubber with high friction covers.

MOULDED RUBBER FLAT & SYNCHRONOUS belts with high friction covers.
