The Chia Laguna Conference & Exhibition Centre is a modern, efficient, state of the art meeting space that offers a range of business and multi-media equipment, including free Wi-Fi. The new facility extends over an adjustable floor space of 1,500 sqm and can be subdivided into 7 individual meeting halls with a foyer of 500 sqm, allowing for up to 950 participants to attend.
The key phrase for this overhaul has been total flexibility of spaces: every meeting room is independent and can be partitioned off into smaller sections, to accommodate all kinds of seating and layout requirements.
Il Chia Laguna Conference & Exhibition Centre è un centro congressi allo stato dell’arte, moderno ed efficiente. Offre una completa dotazione tecnologica multimediale con la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. La nuova struttura si estende su una superficie modulare di 1.500 mq. The main meeting hall – seating 700 participants – is flanked by other halls and meeting rooms of various sizes down to rooms for 10. Each space is independent, enabling the Centre to host all kinds of events, from large-scale congresses (with traditional theatre arrangements) and product launches to exhibitions and banqueting.
The Conference Centre foyer has also been entirely refurbished, turning it into a more spacious and open area, which makes it a modern, multi-functional environment that is perfect for hosting coffee breaks and conference secretariats.
La sala riunioni principale, che può ospitare fino a 700 partecipanti, è affiancata da altre sale e sale riunioni di varie dimensioni, fino a meeting room per 10 ospiti. A liberty-style building that offers a multifunctional area with all modern technical devices, the Casina delle Rose Annex is big enough for 150 people and can be used for any sort of meeting or congress.
