PETE EVANS – BORN PASSIONATE!
chef, paleo ambassador, health coach, restaurateur, media
personality, author & now collaborating with WA’s newest
Conference & Events Venue, Fraser Suites Perth.
Born in Melbourne, raised on the Gold Coast and currently residing in
Sydney, Pete works between Australia and the USA. And now this certified
true blue Aussie is collaborating with Fraser Suites Perth.
Restaurants have been a part of Pete’s life since the age of 19. He has
opened seven in his time as a chef and restaurateur, including The Pantry,
Hugo’s Manly and, his latest success, a contemporary tapas bar in
Melbourne’s CBD, the unique Bar Nacional.
High-profile catering is another proud passion – from a royal banquet for
the Prince and Princess of Denmark to a private dinner for Martha Stewart
or a G’Day USA gala dinner for 600 in New York City, Pete loves making any
event super special.
Cooking, food and lifestyle TV programs have been another of Pete’s highly
successful pursuits. Starting out in 2001 as a co-presenter on the Lifestyle
Channel’s Home show, his credits also include Postcards from Home, FISH,
and since 2009 co-host with Manu Feildel of Channel 7’s hugely and
internationally successful My Kitchen Rules.
Through the collaboration with Pete, Perth’s newest events venue Fraser
Suites will present his especially designed menus across all areas of Food &
Beverage. Enjoy Pete’s fresh, delicious and healthy creations throughout
our extensive Wedding, Conference and Event offerings, through in-room
dining and from July 2014, our new Heirloom restaurant.
Since its establishment in 1998, Frasers Hospitality has gone from strength to
