RECEPTION CENTER

The Reception Center at Pine Needles is our most spacious meeting room and can accommodate functions for up to 400 guests. With a prefunction area perfect for cocktail parties or registration, guests can then move into the main room for a banquet dinner or corporate meeting.

MAIN MEETING CENTER

The Main Meeting Center at Pine Needles was once used as a theater in the 1950s when owners Bullet and Peggy Kirk Bell first opened the resort. Now, the Main Meeting Center holds the charm of the past, but with modern amenities. Accommodating up to 200 people, the built in stage and adjoining bar makes this space unique for wedding receptions or dinner functions.

CONFERENCE CENTER

The Conference Center is the largest meeting space at Mid Pines. With the unique ability to be used as one room or broken into four separate smaller facilities, the Conference Center can conveniently accommodate both small and large groups. Located adjacent to the towering Mid Pines Inn and the 18th hole, guests are always welcomed with a spectacular view.

The Julius Boros Boardoom at Mid Pines was named after the famous Mid Pines professonal golfer, Julius Boros. The Boardroom exudes Southern hospitality and carries the charm of the 1920s style Inn. The shine of the long mahagony table and leather chairs create the perfect atmosphere for a board meeting or private dinner.
