Meeting Overview Kelly to present following: 1)Two wire-frames in GRAYSCALE - This way, color won’t sway our decision. The color theme will be designed and determined next. Each concept includes: The template ‘shell’ or ‘frame’ (ultimately, this is what we need to determine first), a welcome/login screen, and a sample layout page to show how content could be applied to the template. 2)Designs side by side - As seen through the eyes of a user/tester at a desktop computer with 1024x768 screen resolution. This makes for an easy visual comparison of the two. Comments and discussion. Choose one concept. Once frame is determined, logo designer should be informed of template. (Ryan?)

Meeting OverviewKelly to present following:

1) Two wire-frames in GRAYSCALE - This way, color won’t sway our decision.

The color theme will be designed and determined next.

Each concept includes: The template ‘shell’ or ‘frame’ (ultimately, this is what we need to

determine first), a welcome/login screen, and a sample layout page to show how content could

be applied to the template.

2) Designs side by side - As seen through the eyes of a user/tester at a desktop computer with

1024x768 screen resolution. This makes for an easy visual comparison of the two.

Comments and discussion.

Choose one concept.

Once frame is determined, logo designer should be informed of template. (Ryan?)

Sneak PeekIf there is time at the end of the meeting:

1) Menu Bar Structure

2) Page layout examples (using one of the 2 design wire-frames)

1) Testing > HTML Unit Control for BlueGuest

2) Batch Run > Execute & Preview

3) Reporting > Report & Summarize

4) Reporting > Test Case History

3) Color Schematics

Next Steps - POST Meeting (to be scheduled)

Kelly to complete for next presentation:

1) 2 – 3 color theme overlays

2) Sample icons, buttons, & drop downs

Concept 1

This is one of the ‘wire-frame shells’ - without content as it is what I’d use to create the HTML template.

Sample welcome/login screen once someone launches the app.

Concept 2

This is the second ‘wire-frame shell’ - without content as it is what I’d use to create the HTML template.

Sample welcome/login screen once someone launches the app.

Comparison

Comments/Discussion/NotesConcept 1 - Rounded Corners Concept 2 - Angular

positive negative positive negative

Enclosing the app with the border creates a simplistic appearance

The space at the top uses a lot of ‘real-estate’

Newer looking layout using more angular space

Less ‘wasted space’ at the top not being enclosed

Creates an area for copyright information

Rounded corners may be considered an ‘older style’
