Alicia Jones is an enthusiastic Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience working for small to mid-sized companies. She has a broad background beyond HR including Finance, Operations, and small business consulting. Alicia is also co-chair for the HR Bioscience Alliance: a group for in-house HR professionals in the life sciences community. Alicia has a Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and is passionate about leadership, organization, and individual development.

When she is not working, Alicia enjoys spending time with her adult son and outdoor activities with her husband and dogs. Hobbies include biking, hiking, sewing & photography. Alicia is a lover of all things creative!
