20 cars and trucks,1 Husband,

1 Savior!

The consistent word in my life would have to befaithful. The Lord has been so faithful throughevery day and every situation, from the smalldetails to the life changing events!

I was raised in church but never was introduced toJesus as a person that I could know and haverelationship with. I thought I was doingeverything right, attempting to make my “good

deeds” enough for heaven. I realized that those deeds would never be enough, thatJesus had already paid the price for my sins! My works were not what Jesus waslooking for, He was looking for my heart! He was faithful to bring someone into mylife that would show me that when I was 12 years old, and faithful to put peoplearound me to help me continue on this wonderful journey with Him.

He has not only been faithful to me, but He has shown me many times his faithfulnessto my children. When we were preparing to move to England to plant a new church,we were having a yard sale to get rid of most everything we had. Our boys were 2 and4 at the time. A small boy picked up our son’s favorite toy the Star Wars MillenniumFalcon. Whatever price our son had put on it, the boy could not afford. Dan gave thetoy to the boy, who was elated! God’s faithfulness was again proved! Not long afterwe arrived in England, someone walked in the front door of our church and gave ourboys not only the Millennium Falcon, but several more Star Wars toys that our sonswere so excited to receive!! This series of events again showed me the faithfulness ofGod, not only to me but to my young sons!

In 2002, we moved to a new home. As it always is, it was a lot of work and I neverseemed to recover. After many doctor appointments and tests, my doctor decided itwas fibromyalgia. Years of more tests, different remedies, different drugs all provedfruitless. The years of high pain levels, the lack of energy, the sleepless nights andwaking up to what felt like electrocution many times a night when I did get to sleep, and so on, were pushing me to the brink. I always knew that God was faithful and sureenough, one night in a church service God touched my body, tangibly touched mybody! From that moment, I got stronger and better until I was totally healed!!!!

I have to include my husband when talking about God’s faithfulness! By the grace andfaithfulness of God, we have been married for 42 years now, and he has been alwaysfaithful to the Lord, me and our family! When we met, I knew he would walk with methrough this journey with Jesus and inspire me to constantly grow closer to Him.During our time pastoring churches, we saw God heal, deliver, rescue, comfort, andlift up countless people. He is always faithful; all we need is to trust Him to meet uswhere we are!
