CONTINENTAL DIVIDE CONFERENCE CENTER3,520 sq. ft.

As our largest meeting room, The Continental Divide can accommodate 300 people theater-style or 250 people as a banquet. The total space can be divided in two equal parts and incorporate the foyer for additional possibilities. Various configurations offer flexible functionality for corporate/dining divisions and breakout spaces for smaller collaborations. With plenty of room, elegant décor, and a flower garden boardwalk to the main lodge, The Divide is a great space to bring it all together.

CONTINENTAL DIVIDE FOYER1,035 sq. ft.

Directly attached to the Continental Divide, the foyer offers an additional 1,035 sq. ft. of pre-function space for up to 75 people, and can be booked with or without access to the larger event room.

UPPER GLACIER ROOM1,200 sq. ft.

This charming space provides elevated views of Whitefish Lake Golf Club from its attached foyer. Decorated with wrought iron chandeliers and exposed-beam cathedral ceilings, the Upper Glacier Room provides a distinctly Montana atmosphere for groups of up to 100 people, and can easily be divided into two equal spaces: The Nordic Room and The Alpine Room.

This mid-size space is perfect for smaller events and meetings that are looking for an outdoor connection. Easily divided into two separate spaces, The Glacier Room also includes a foyer, attached deck and outdoor dining area overlooking Whitefish Golf Course, and a large stone fire pit to add some Montana warmth to any gathering.

GLACIER DECK450 sq. ft.

The Glacier Room’s attached deck and outdoor dining area overlooks the 18th fairway of Whitefish Golf Course, and includes a large stone fire pit that offers outdoor event possibilities for up to 50 people.

GLACIER FOYER637 sq. ft.

The Glacier Foyer provides an open, bright space that’s perfect to host a registration or opening reception. A bar is available, and it can be combined with the Glacier Room to create a large, open banquet space.

THE OUTDOOR PAVILION3,200 sq. ft.

Available June through September, this naturally wooded setting and adjacent manicured lawn puts you in the middle of Montana’s stunning outdoors. Privately located and fully equipped with lighting, sound system and windowed walls that can be rolled up or down for almost any weather change, The Pavilion offers buffet-style dining for up to 250 people.

Getting away from it all is much closer and easier than you think. Whitefish is a comfortable plane, train or drive from a number of major cities.

AIR SERVICE

Grouse Mountain Lodge is serviced by Glacier Park International Airport (FCA), which is only a 20-minute drive away. Direct flights are available from Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Seattle, Denver, and Las Vegas. Seasonal direct flights are also available from Chicago, Atlanta, Oakland, Los Angeles and Portland. Please note: availability may change at any time at the discretion of the airline. Grouse Mountain Lodge also provides complimentary round-trip shuttle service from Glacier Park International Airport.

AMTRAK

Amtrak’s Empire Builder arrives daily at the historic Whitefish Train Depot (WFH). The Lodge provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the Whitefish Amtrak Depot, which is only a five-minute

drive away. The arrival/departure times below are approximate, and solely managed by Amtrak.
