This prestigious award is given to an individual who has distinguished himself/herself in the mentoring of Ph.D.
students and is based on the following criteria:
A clear record of extensive work with Ph.D. students, especially as dissertation chair;
The impact of the nominee’s Ph.D. students upon the science, teaching and practice of human resource management; and
A long length of service (25+ years post-graduate school) is a condition for eligibility for this award.
