Nick Spano, DC “Advanced Muscle Palpation” A 1982 graduate of the PA College of Straight Chiropractic, Dr. Nick spano is the author of the instruc- tion manual on Advanced Muscle Palpation concerning the reflex nature of paravertebral muscles in response to the subluxation and the practical applica- tion of this mechanism. Dr. Spano pioneered the recog- nition that there is a homeostatic mechanism underlying the muscular responses to the subluxation.
