    COMPANY PROFILE FLAKER

    The Meena Engineering offers flaker, industrial flaker, chemical flaker, flaker machines to convert

    molten chemical in to solid flakes. This is achieved by forming a thin layer of molten product on the

    outside surface of a rotating drum and causing this to be solidified by spraying cooling water from

    inside surface of the drum. The Flaker Machine will be complete with 1440 RPM, 3 Phase, 415

    volts, TEFC / ISD motor, with gear box, Tray, Hopper, M.S. hood, Belt Guard. Machine mounted

    on heavy base-plate for trouble free service. Flaker used in Acetanilide, Fatty acids, Monochloro

    acetic acid, Nickel catalyst, Naphthalene, Resin, Waxes and so many other products.

    PRESSURE FILTERS

    Pressure type filter holders can be used for ultracleaning or sterilizing liquids and gases. Meena Engineering have been designed to maximize flow rates and to minimize holder resistance and can be used in either batch or continuous filtration procedures.

    Higher differential pressures are possible, resulting in higher flow rates.     It is a simple versatile mixer which can also mix semi wet material. Ribbons of various designs are available to handle different materials. The mixer consists of a cylindrical shell inside which rotates a double helix shaft fitted with spiral inner and outer ribbons.

    During rotation of the shaft, the ribbons lift, convey and intermix the material to get a homogenous mass in short intervals. Discharge is from the bottom by a quick opening valve.

    VIBRO SHIFTER

    Vibro Shifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid

    from solid. Vibro Shifter consists of Specially Designed Motor mounted vertically at the

    center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl.

    The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly

    through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get

    continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially

    designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weights.

    Multi mill is widely used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization etc. of pharmaceutical,

    chemical, bulk drug, cosmetic, colours, dyestuffs. food products etc.The unit consists of

    stainless steel hopper, processing chamber with beater assembly, motor, DOL starter, three

    speed pulley, screen and sturdy body.SS beaters having knife and impact edges rotate within

    a selected screen. The material fed in the hopper enters into the processing chamber where it

    moves to the pentery and passes through screen. Output & quality of final products depends

    on (I) shapes of beaters (Knife/ impact edge) (ii) speed (iii) size of screen.

    Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) are primarily used in almost all chemical, pharmaceutical, food,

    dyestuff and other process industries to dry materials by fluidization with hot and / or

    dehumidified air, which creates a turbulence in the wet product (not totally liquid) while

    flowing through it. The atmospheric air is sucked in the dryer through 5/10 micron filter by

    efficient dynamically balanced fan driven by an electric motor. The clean air then passes

    over the electric heaters / steam or radiator provided with controller.

    Vacuum Tray Dryer (VTD) is suitable for drying of thermal sensitive materials easily resolved,

    polymerized of deteriorated under higher temperature. Sterilization can be conducted prior to

    the drying process, during which no matter is allowed to enter the product. Static vacuum dryer

    eliminates the configuration damage of the drying materials therefore widely used in

    pharmaceutical, chemicals and foodstuff etc.

    RCVD suitable for drying of materials which cannot resist high temperature, material which

    are easily oxidized, volatatile materials which should be retrieved, materials strong irritant and

    poisonous in nature. The rotocone dryer with improved technology integrates during

    operation under vacuum. The rotocone dryer facilitates enhanced drying efficiency, low

    temperature operation and economy of process by total solvent recovery. It helps cGMP

    based working by achieving optimum dust control, while offering advantages of efficient

    charging and discharging of materials. The drying unit equipped with lump breakers initially

    breaks large lumps and subsequently powders them (in single cone). The rotary action of the

    dryer together with mechanical action of the breakers cuts down drying time and gives a lump

    free product.

    COSMETIC PLANT EQUIPMENTS

    Planetary Mixer is a vertical batch mixer ideally suitable for mixing of ointments, paste,

    cream, dry powders or wet mass. Planetary Mixer, as name suggests it has planetary

    type agitation pattern. The beaters rotate around itself as well as in circular path in the

    bowl; this enables faster and better mixing of materials at a considerably lesser time.
